The “Small Print”
I agree that Sketchbook Tours and its instructors and owners, Victoria Copeland and Michael Copeland shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay. I/we agree to assume all risks associated with the trip and agree that no liability will be attached to Sketchbook Tours or its instructors and owners, Victoria Copeland and Michael Copeland for any personal injury, illness, COVID-19 related illness, delay, loss, political unrest, acts of God or damages to property or health. Sketchbook Tours reserves the right to change the program schedule if necessary. The Italy Sketchbook 2024 tour is offered based on a minimum number of participants. Sketchbook Tours maintains the right to cancel this retreat if the minimum number is not met by February 15, 2024. In such case, participants will receive a full refund.
Sketchbook Tours shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, including but not limited to lodging, meals, and transportation incurred by delays or other annoying issues outside of our program.
